COVID-19 VACCINE

Pharma-Star Pharmacy offers COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic.

You may book a COVID-19 vaccination appointment only if you meet Provincial Eligibility Criteria for the specific vaccine available at the pharmacy.

Appointments will be booked Mondays to Fridays from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Note: No Appointments on Weekends.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment
Please bring a valid photo ID with your name and date of birth (driver’s license, health card, or passport)
Please Print and fill this COVID-19 Vaccine Administration Screening and Consent Form , and bring it with you on the day of your appointment.

ANNUAL FLU SHOTS & IMMUNIZATION SERVICES

Did you get your Flu shot this year? Protect yourself and your loved ones by getting your Flu shot today. Influenza Vaccine (Flu Shots) are available at Pharma-Star pharmacy annually from October to March each year. Flu shots are available by appointment only.
